Hi I'm Melissa Alexander. I'm Personal Stylist and a Professional Thrifter. 

I'm a mom of 2 and I'm a Y2K Boy Band Girlie.

There are few things I love more than helping women find their personal style through the art of second hand shopping. With over 20 years of experience with an expertise in wardrobe organization, shopping consultations and image consulting, I'm dedicated to empowering clients to feel their best through sustainable fashion.

While helping women organize their closets I saw the same thing over and over. Everyone has a dress or two (or more!) in their closet that they bought to wear on that one special day that they never wore again. I thought to myself time and time again, what if there was a place that people could go and they could borrow a dress for the night.

Rent My Style was born.  

After many years of working for many different fashion brands I know firsthand how much waste is created in the fashion industry. A false need to have to buy something new every time you go out.

Here's where I come in. I'll help you find those special items that work for your occasion. We'll shop from our collection of second hand gowns and accessories.
