Do I need an appointment to come in and try on the dresses?

Yes, we are an appointment based service.

Why is there a cost to book an appointment?

You're not just booking an appointment to come view the collection you are also booking expert style advice. 

Do you do walk ins?

Yes! On Thursday evenings from 5pm-7pm you can come in and meet Melissa and the team and view the collection and can shop from the Thrift Me Collection. Full style sessions will not be done during this time. 

Are all the available dresses online?

Currently, no. We have a much bigger inventory available to choose from then what is currently available online. This is just a sample of the inventory. If you don't see anything you like online, don't worry, we have ton of other dresses to choose from.  

What sizes do you carry?

We carry sizes from 0-3X.

How much does this service cost? 

The cost of the styling service depends on your style packages selection. Rates start at $50. Dress rentals range anywhere from $40 - $200.

How long are the rentals?

Rentals are typically 4 days long.

*Exceptions can be made, ask at your styling session

Do I need to clean the items before returning them? 

Nope! You don't have to worry about a thing. We have a trusted team that cleans all items upon return. 

How far in advance can I reserve a dress?

Dresses can be reserved in-store, 6 months in advance, or short notice as the day before. 

What if I book a style session and you don't have anything I like?

That's okay, thrifting can be funny sometimes. Let me know what you were looking for and we'll do a do over free of charge.  

Do you have accessories? 

Yes, we carry a collection of shoes, purses, shawls available to rent for an additional fee.

Do you have items for sale?

Yes, we do! We carry collection of items, not just dresses that you can also purchase during your appointment.

When is payment due? 

Style sessions are paid at booking. Once your style session is over and you have made your item selections payment for your rental is due and reserves your items for your requested dates. 

Can I change my rental booking?

Yes! Plans change, we get it, and we're pretty flexible about it.

You may cancel or change to a different dress (as long as it's available) right up to the 1st day of your booking.

For cancellations you will receive a store credit, which has no expiry and can be used towards any future rental with us. 

Please note that all style session bookings are non-refundable. 

What are your late fees? 

Late fees are charged at $20 per item per day and are strictly enforced. After 5 days, at you will be charged the full retail value of the dress (in addition to your pre-paid rental fee and any accrued late fees). If you don't think you'll be able to return your dress on time you may add on an extra day for $5 per item at the time of booking.

Why was I charged an additional $25?

This $25 is a refundable insurance fee we charge to cover any additional wear and tear to the dress or any items.  Once its verified that the items have been returned in great condition the $25 is refunded back to you.
